Manager Finance & Accounting

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager – Finance & Accounting to lead our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across U.S. client portfolios. This role requires in-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IRS guidelines, and hands-on experience with tools like QuickBooks and Bill.com.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing financial processes while identifying opportunities for improvement and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Manage accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and overall cash flow operations.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with all U.S. federal, state, and local tax filings.
• Lead and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Ensure full adherence to U.S. GAAP and IRS regulations.
• Utilize QuickBooks, Bill.com, and related platforms for day-to-day financial management.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and U.S.-based client stakeholders.
• Maintain high levels of financial data integrity and audit readiness.

Requirements:

Manager – Finance & Accounting

3–5 years of U.S. finance/accounting experience

Strong command over U.S. taxation & financial tools

Excellent leadership and analytical skills
