This individual will play a critical role in driving enrollment growth through effective outreach programs and relationship-building with prospective students, educational institutes, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement admissions strategies to meet or exceed recruitment targets.
2. Engage and build relationships with prospective students through personalized outreach and communication.
3. Establish connections with educational institutions and community organizations to expand the reach of admissions.
4. Analyze recruitment data to refine strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
5. Lead and support the admissions team, ensuring cohesive teamwork and successful results.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Education Management, or related field.
2. Experience: 5-6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on admissions and outreach.
3. Skills: Strong leadership abilities, proficiency in CRM systems, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
4. Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a focus on student success and growth.
