Key Responsibilities:

Training and Development:

• Participate in a comprehensive training program covering admissions counseling, marketing, client relations, operations, and sales.

• Rotate through key departments to gain hands-on experience.

Client Support:

• Assist admissions and counseling teams in addressing student inquiries.

• Provide guidance on academic program selection, application processes, and visa requirements.

Business Operations:

• Support administrative and operational tasks including CRM data management, report preparation, and client tracking.

Sales and Marketing:

• Contribute to marketing initiatives, lead generation, and event organization.

• Engage prospective students through social media, webinars, and education fairs.

Strategic Projects:

• Participate in business growth projects.

• Conduct research and recommend improvements to internal processes and client services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or in final year of Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
