We’re looking for a Business Development Executive with specialized expertise in LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.

🔍 Role Overview:

As our LinkedIn Sales & Outreach Specialist, you will manage and grow company and client LinkedIn accounts to build relationships, generate leads, and close high-value B2B deals for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize LinkedIn profiles (for agency and leadership)
  • Perform daily manual outreach: connection requests, follow-ups, messaging
  • Generate qualified leads through conversation and relationship building
  • Create and manage content calendars (optional but a plus)
  • Track responses, build sales pipelines, and maintain CRM data
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design) to align strategy
  • Represent Crawlbytes professionally in all LinkedIn communication

💡 Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 1+ year experience in LinkedIn B2B outreach / sales
  • Strong written communication and client-handling skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services (social media, SEO, paid ads, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and reporting outreach progress
  • Bonus: Cold emailing experience is a plus
