We are looking for an experienced Lead Supervisor – Operations to drive team performance, manage operational KPIs, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced call center environment.

🔹 Key Requirements
✔ C1-level English communication skills (verbal & written)
✔ Bachelor’s degree (Graduation)
✔ Minimum 2 years of call center operations experience
✔ Strong ability to analyze metrics, KPIs, and performance reports
✔ Excellent presentation skills for client meetings and business reviews
✔ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
✔ Ability to manage escalations, operational challenges, and team issues
✔ Highly motivated to drive performance and achieve business objectives
✔ Effective multitasking and deadline management skills
✔ Strong cross-functional collaboration with T&D, QA, and other departments
