Lead Fire Fighter

Description:

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 10 -12 years in in emergency response, with a proven experience in managing emergency response teams and successfully handling complex emergency situations.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of firefighters during emergency operations.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to firefighting personnel.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
• Assess emergency situations and develop action plans to effectively manage incidents.
• Conduct regular training drills and exercises to maintain team readiness.
• Ensure all firefighting equipment is properly maintained and operational.
• Prepare detailed reports on emergency incidents, training activities, and equipment status.
• Participate in debriefings and post-incident analyses to improve future responses.
• Evaluate and improve emergency response plans.
