Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.

• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions aligned with Ghani Glass’s products and capabilities.

• Drive revenue through effective sales planning, lead generation, and negotiation strategies.

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, quality) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.

• Track and report key account performance metrics, including sales targets, conversion rates, and customer feedback.

• Maintain industry intelligence, staying updated with pharmaceutical trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

• Represent the company at trade events, client meetings, and product briefings.

Requirements:

• A Master’s degree (MBA) or a relevant business qualification.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales; experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be a major plus.

• Proven ability to manage and grow large-scale client relationships.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• High energy, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude.
