Description:
To develop and manage corporate and institutional clients within assigned region by generating new business, managing key accounts, and delivering revenue growth through bulk sales of consumer electronics and home appliances while ensuring excellent service delivery and customer retention.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and secure new corporate clients including banks, offices, educational institutions, hospitals, NGOs, and hospitality businesses.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Handle bulk sales opportunities including Corporate offices, Housing projects, Builder projects, Government tenders, NGO procurement etc.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual revenue targets for corporate accounts.
- Develop pipeline through Cold calling, Client visits, Business networking, Referrals, Tender tracking.
- Prepare professional quotations and commercial proposals aligned with company pricing guidelines.
- Identify and participate in tenders from Government, Semi-government and Private organizations.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Finance and Retail operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with finance department to ensure timely payments, credit limit compliance, receivable recovery.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and corporate demand patterns.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales pipeline, visit reports, forecast reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through delivery tracking, installation coordination and issue resolution.
- Manage assigned territory (Lahore / Islamabad) with clear revenue ownership
- Drive sector-wise penetration across corporate, institutional, and project clients
- Perform other tasks as and when assigned by seniors.
