Responsibilities:
✔ Bid on Upwork & other freelancing platforms
✔ Write customized proposals & communicate with clients
✔ Ensure follow-ups and conversions
✔ Collaborate with the technical team on estimates
Requirements:
✅ 6 months – 1 year of online bidding experience (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer)
✅ Excellent English communication skills
✅ Strong negotiation & client handling skills
