Junior It Specialist

Description:

Looking for "Junior IT specialist" on an immediate basis

Roles and Requirements:

-Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.

-Assist with systems upgrades and migrations.

-Maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.

-Provide technical support to users both in person and remotely.

-Document and track support requests and resolutions.

-Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes.

-Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

-Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Experience required is for 6 months-1 year

Time: 5:00pm-2:00am
