Novexa Solutions is expanding our sales team! We are looking for a motivated Junior Female Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a passion for lead generation. If you have excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you.

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Junior Female SDR
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 6 months – 1 Year

Role Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
• Research potential clients and maintain a healthy pipeline
• Follow up with leads and schedule meetings
• Ensure lead data is accurate and client-ready

Required Skills:
• Strong command of English communication (Verbal & Written)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools
• Highly persuasive with a professional phone manner
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
