Junior Business Development

We're looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Executive / Bidder to help generate business through freelancing and job platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.

Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant projects/jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and similar platforms
• Apply to relevant job postings and business opportunities across platforms
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements
• Assist in lead generation via LinkedIn and email marketing
• Coordinate with the technical team for project scoping and estimates

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in bidding/business development (freshers with strong English skills encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of web/software development concepts
• Eagerness to learn and grow in IT sales
