Junior Business Developer

Description:

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, performing LinkedIn and email outreach, and assisting in developing new business opportunities for our software and real estate projects.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms.

• Conduct LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns to potential clients.

• Assist in building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

• Support the team in creating proposals and presentations for client meetings.

• Maintain CRM records and track outreach progress.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• 0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).

• Basic understanding of software development and real estate industry is a plus.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
