The First Sol (TFS) is looking for a motivated and experienced Junior Bidder who has hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn lead generation.
If you have experience in finding potential clients, sending proposals, and supporting business development, we’d love to have you on our team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and Fiverr
• Write and submit customized proposals to potential clients
• Generate leads through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Communicate with clients and understand their project requirements
• Maintain records of proposals, leads, and client communication
• Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions
🔹 Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in bidding on freelancing platforms
• Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn lead generation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and prepare proposals
• Basic knowledge of IT services (Web & Mobile Development) is a plus
