The Innovative Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Jr. US Payroll Analyst to join our Finance team and support U.S.-based operations.

📍 Location: I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi - Onsite
🌙 Shift: Night Shift | 7 PM–3 AM
📅 Monday–Friday
💼 Experience: 1–2 Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist with end-to-end U.S. payroll processing
✔️ Verify timesheets, deductions, taxes, and adjustments
✔️ Support payroll reconciliation, reporting, and issue resolution
✔️ Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records

🔹 Requirements
✔️ Basic understanding of U.S. payroll processes and taxes
✔️ Knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance and reporting
✔️ Strong Excel, analytical, and reconciliation skills
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and communication
✔️ U.S. payroll experience preferred
