Requirements

• B.A / B.Com or equivalent education

• Proven experience in IT support and data entry

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficient in data management tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)

• Knowledge of basic troubleshooting for IT systems

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
