Data Entry Operator

Description:

Cybersoft Vantage is actively hiring a Data Entry Operator (Night Shift – Onsite) to join our team at our Islamabad office located in I-10/3. This is a full-time position requiring candidates to work from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, ideal for individuals who are comfortable with night shifts and are detail-oriented with strong data processing capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing large volumes of data in digital systems while ensuring high levels of speed and accuracy. The role requires a strong command of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, along with an ability to maintain focus for extended periods of time and meet tight deadlines.

This position is particularly suited to those who are methodical, quick at typing, and have a good eye for spotting inconsistencies or errors in data. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data into internal systems and spreadsheets

• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information

• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data processed

• Perform data clean-up, formatting, and basic analysis as needed

• Coordinate with team leads to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

• Generate simple reports from Excel/Google Sheets as per supervisor's requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA or a related discipline

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in data entry or administrative support

• Excellent typing speed with minimal errors

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential

• Ability to manage workload efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines

• Must be comfortable working night shifts on an onsite basis
