Data Entry Operator

Description:

Cloudtek is seeking detail-oriented and enthusiastic Data Entry Operators to join our dynamic team and contribute to our international business operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals looking to begin or grow their careers in a fast-paced, international business environment.

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering, verifying, and managing data related to sales and client communication. While prior sales experience is not mandatory, a basic understanding of sales workflows and business communication will be highly beneficial. Candidates must be proactive, organized, and comfortable working during night shift hours to align with international market requirements.

You’ll be a part of a motivated team that values precision, speed, and the ability to manage data that supports lead generation, business development, and client servicing for global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records of client and sales-related data

• Manage CRM systems and internal databases with a high level of accuracy

• Support the sales and business development team by preparing reports and updating lead data

• Assist in managing email communication with clients and potential leads

• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely completion of all assigned tasks

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task management

Key Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed)

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Basic understanding of sales concepts or experience with international clients is a plus

• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data entry tools

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Must be available to work full-time night shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)

• Ability to work on-site at the Islamabad (I-10/3) office
