This is a full-time remote Trainer role at Silverlight Research. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating engaging training materials, conducting interactive sessions, and assessing training effectiveness.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work well in a remote team environment
• Background in adult learning principles is a plus
