📌 Position: Inside Sales Executive – Digital Sales (Female)
📍Location: Karachi, Pakistan

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers generated through website, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
Convert digital inquiries and leads into confirmed sales through effective communication, negotiation, and follow-ups.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable ELFA electric bikes.
Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline and ensure timely lead management.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead records, track conversions, and submit regular sales reports.

🎯 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Outbound call volume and lead engagement.
Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
Monthly sales targets and revenue achievement.
Follow-up efficiency and lead closure.
Customer satisfaction and response time.

🔹 Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, digital sales, or customer acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Strong customer relationship management and follow-up abilities.
Quick learner, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Experience in automotive, EV, or consumer sales will be an added advantage.
