We Simply Connect is hiring an Inbound Sales Executive to manage international customer inquiries, understand their needs, and convert qualified leads into successful sales while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries from international customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Convert qualified leads into sales
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Collaborate with team leads and quality teams to improve performance

Requirements:
2–3 years of international inbound sales experience in B2B or B2C
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Customer-focused and detail-oriented approach
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work night shifts
