Key Responsibilities

Requirements
✔ Excellent English communication skills.
✔ Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage.
✔ Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
✔ Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
