💰 Salary: Up to PKR 150,000/month + Attractive Commissions & Bonuses
🕒 Shift: 9 hours between 1:00 PM and 11:30 PM
📅 Schedule: Alternate weekends off

Eminent4U Private Limited is looking for experienced Customer Retention Specialists with strong communication, objection-handling, and customer relationship management skills.
If you have experience handling international customers, preventing cancellations, and turning customer concerns into successful retention opportunities, we want to hear from you!

✅ Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 1 year of international voice-process experience.
Previous experience with USA and/or UK calling campaigns.
Hands-on experience in customer retention, cancellation prevention, or complaint handling.
Excellent spoken English and strong objection-handling skills.
Ability to meet KPIs, achieve targets, and deliver measurable results.
❌ Important: Candidates with chat/email-only experience or local-calling-only experience will not be considered.
