Import Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Import Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in importing plastic raw materials (Ldpe, HDPE, PP, and related products) and managing the complete import cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end import operations for plastic

raw materials.

• Develop and manage relationships with global suppliers.

• Ensure timely clearance of shipments and compliance with import regulations.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.

• Manage documentation including LCs, contracts, and shipping documents.

• Monitor market trends, pricing, and logistics costs to optimize procurement.

Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in importing plastic raw materials.

• Strong knowledge of international trade, customs procedures, and banking (LCs, DA, DP, etc.).

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
