Ayesha Spinning Mills Limited is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join its Socks Division as an Assistant Manager Merchandising. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about product innovation, international client management, and leading in a fast-paced textile environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of socks categories, product lifecycles, and market trends. You will play a key role in coordinating with international clients, managing internal merchandising operations, and leading the execution of high-quality sock products. This role demands excellent communication skills, a firm grasp of the product lifecycle, and the ability to deliver results under pressure while managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for international clients related to socks merchandising

• Collaborate with product development teams on new product innovation and sampling

• Monitor market trends, forecast demand, and guide production planning accordingly

• Manage the product lifecycle from development to shipment

• Prepare presentations, quotations, and product updates for clients

• Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance

• Lead and support merchandising teams, ensuring performance under pressure and against tight deadlines

• Maintain accurate documentation and client communications throughout the process

Eligibility Requirements:

• MBA/BBA in Marketing or related field

• 3–5 years of experience specifically in socks merchandising

• Strong communication skills with proven international client-handling experience

• Solid understanding of socks product categories, production processes, and market trends

• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively

• Proven record of delivering quality output under pressure
