Requirements:

• 5–6 years of progressive experience in Marketing, with leadership exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a relevant field.
• Proven ability to convert marketing efforts into measurable sales growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, automation platforms, and performance marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience in ecommerce marketing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track ROI, KPIs, and marketing performance metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Lead ecommerce marketing initiatives to drive traffic, conversions, and online sales growth.
• Plan and manage digital campaigns including paid ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing.
• Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong return on investment (ROI).
• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with revenue targets.
• Oversee branding, content strategy, and communication across channels.
• Utilize marketing tools and automation systems for tracking, reporting, and optimization.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team while ensuring timely execution of initiatives.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by Management.
