As the Head of Building Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of building operations and maintenance for The Springs Apartment Homes. This full-time, on-site role, located in the Lahore District, involves managing building systems, leading a team of Building staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The responsibilities include supervising daily operations, executing maintenance schedules, ,and ensuring tenant satisfaction. You will work closely with stakeholders to achieve operational excellence and a high-quality living experience for all residents.

Requirements:

• Retired Military Officer (Minimum Rank: Major)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent managerial and leadership abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in operations, security, or facility management will be preferred
