We are hiring for a prestigious family-owned client in the Oil & Gas sector. The company is seeking a dynamic Head of Accounts to lead their finance team and oversee all accounting operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to take on a strategic leadership role within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring the accurate preparation and management of financial statements, reports, and accounts.

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

• Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns and assist with audits.

• Provide strategic insights into financial performance, advising senior management on financial planning and decision-making.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including external auditors, tax authorities, and internal departments.

• Support the senior management team with financial analysis to improve overall business performance.

• Supervise the payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries.

• Travel to sites in KP and Punjab as required to oversee regional financial activities and operations.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: CA-Finalist / ICMA Qualified / ACCA Qualified (with articles from a renowned firm).

• Experience: 1-2+ years in a relevant industry (Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Family-Owned Business preferred).

• Expertise: Strong financial management, taxation, and leadership skills are essential.

• Location: Islamabad/Rawalpindi, with occasional travel to sites in KP and Punjab.
