Growth Marketing Intern

Description:

We are looking for a highly driven Growth Marketing Intern to help us launch and scale our product. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, enjoys community engagement, and is eager to learn how products are marketed and sold from the ground up.

You will play a key role in building awareness, generating organic leads, and shaping how our product is positioned in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute organic marketing strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Identify and engage with relevant communities (Facebook groups, Reddit, WhatsApp, Slack, etc.)
• Generate qualified leads through content, outreach, and conversations
• Create engaging content (posts, short-form videos, comments, threads)
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Collaborate closely with the founding/team on growth experiments
• Track basic performance metrics and assist with reporting.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in marketing, startups, and product growth
• Ability to take ownership and work independently
• Creative mindset with a problem-solving approach
• Willingness to learn technical aspects of the product
• Prior experience in marketing, content creation, or community management is a plus (not mandatory)
