Overview:
Utopia Industries is hiring an experienced General Manager – Finance to lead and oversee financial operations. The role involves financial strategy, compliance, treasury, taxation, costing, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop & execute financial strategies
✔ Manage treasury, cash flow & risk
✔ Lead financing negotiations with banks/institutions
✔ Oversee taxation & regulatory compliance
✔ Establish budgets, controls & cost systems
✔ Ensure timely financial statements & audits
✔ Lead & mentor the finance team

Requirements:

CA Qualified (other qualifications are a plus)

15+ years’ textile manufacturing experience (5+ in senior role)

Strong expertise in treasury, corporate financing, taxation & costing

Excellent leadership, communication & analytical skills

Proven track record in managing large-scale financial operations
