Full Stack Engineer

Bookme.pk, Pakistan’s #1 travel and e-ticketing platform, is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join its Lahore-based team. Bookme offers a comprehensive booking solution for buses, flights, cinemas, cricket matches, and other events, ensuring a user-friendly experience through its web and mobile platforms.

The selected candidate will play a critical role in developing and maintaining the full-stack infrastructure of the platform. The role focuses on enhancing both the backend and frontend of the application using PHP Laravel and Node.js, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain both back-end and front-end components of the platform.

• Utilize PHP Laravel for scalable back-end solutions.

• Use Node.js and frontend technologies to create smooth and responsive interfaces.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other development issues.

• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

Requirements:

• Proficient in both back-end and front-end web development.

• Strong skills in PHP Laravel and Node.js.

• Solid understanding of CSS and front-end development practices.

• Proven experience in full-stack development with a focus on creating user-centric designs.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Strong teamwork and communication capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
