What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help define and build out the architecture of our platform.
• Write clean, scalable code using Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, React, and Tailwind CSS.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Work closely with other developers to keep patterns consistent and code quality high.
• Contribute to sprint planning, execution, and feature launches.
• Tackle performance issues and propose long-term technical improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with full-stack development across Node.js, PostgreSQL, and React.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and API-first development.
• Solid Git workflow and strong documentation habits.
• A passion for scalable architecture and clean design.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance development speed and quality.
