📍 Location: Karachi, Pakistan (On-site: NASTP)
🕒 Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

What You'll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound leads from Bark, Thumbtack, Meta, and other lead generation platforms
- Engage with prospects to understand and qualify their accounting, bookkeeping, and tax requirements
- Schedule consultations, qualify prospects, and close leads
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversions
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve sales targets

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in US-based Tech/MSP or B2B sales
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales mindset with a target-driven approach
- Ability to build rapport and close opportunities effectively
