Front Sales Executive

Description:

Optimal IT Solutions is looking for an experienced and results-driven Frontline Sales Executive to lead sales efforts for our Social Media Marketing (SMM) services. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

▪️ Generate, qualify, and convert leads for SMM services

▪️ Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing

▪️ Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets of $12,000 – $15,000 USD

▪️ Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM

▪️ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding

▪️ Provide feedback to improve sales strategy and offerings

Requirements

▪️ Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in digital marketing or SMM

▪️ Strong knowledge of social media marketing solutions and client needs

▪️ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

▪️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

▪️ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts
