Front Desk Officer

 

Description:

This is a one-window operational role in a boutique hotel environment. The Front Desk Officer will handle front office responsibilities along with coordination across reservations, basic guest support, and operational tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently

• Handle reservations across all channels (walk-ins, WhatsApp, OTA, corporate)

• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness

• Handle billing, payments, and daily shift closing

• Maintain guest records and ensure compliance with hotel policies

• Support basic operational tasks beyond the front desk when required

• Upsell rooms and services where applicable

 

 

 

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel front office or customer service

• Strong communication skills (English & Urdu)

• Basic computer skills (MS Office; PMS experience preferred)

• Ability to multitask and handle end-to-end responsibilities

• Professional, disciplined, and solution-oriented
