Owlistic Solution is looking for a responsible and proactive Freelancing Profile Manager to handle client communication and manage our online design service accounts.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a good understanding of design and branding, and the ability to respond professionally to clients.

You’ll be responsible for managing our freelancing profiles, handling client inquiries, coordinating with the design team, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

A basic understanding of graphic design, logo design, or branding is highly beneficial for this role.

Responsibilities:

• You can manage freelancing profiles and respond quickly to client messages.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the design team.
• Follow up with clients for revisions, updates, and feedback.
• Maintain organized records of communication and project progress.
• Assist in preparing proposals and client briefs when needed.
• Ensure a professional tone and timely responses across all interactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge or interest in design, branding, or creative services.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and responsible attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience managing freelancing profiles or client communication is a plus.
