We're is looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative with 4+ years of experience (no freshers).

 

Must Have skills:

  • 4+ years customer support experience (calling must)
  • Experience in KYC, registration, and fraud prevention
  • Inbound & outbound calling skills( no Sale)
  • Quick to learn new tools and product knowledge
  • Based in Pakistan – 7-days onsite training in Lahore- Wapda town
  • Comfortable with night shifts (remote after training)
