We're is looking for a skilled CSR with 4+ years of experience (no freshers).
Must Have skills:
- 4+ years customer support experience (calling must)
- Experience in KYC, registration, and fraud prevention
- Inbound & outbound calling skills( no Sale)
- Quick to learn new tools and product knowledge
- Based in Pakistan – 7-days onsite training in Lahore- Wapda town
- Comfortable with night shifts (remote after training)
