Fleet Control Room Operator

Description:

DSV Solutions (Private) Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Control Room Operator to join its team in Karachi, near the Toll Plaza on the Super Highway. This critical role ensures smooth and efficient day-to-day fleet operations by overseeing vehicle movements, maintaining effective communication with drivers, and responding to any disruptions or emergencies on the road.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the company’s fleet using GPS tracking systems, providing real-time route updates, and supporting drivers to maintain timely and safe deliveries. The role requires someone who is calm under pressure, responsive, and organized in managing operational data and fleet logs.

Candidates with prior experience in transport control, dispatch operations, or fleet software will be given preference. The ability to think quickly, handle unexpected situations efficiently, and maintain accurate reporting is essential.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum: Graduate degree from a recognized institution.

Experience Required:

• Prior experience in transport control, fleet management, or dispatch operations is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems or fleet software is also preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of logistics and fleet operations.

• Proficient in using GPS and fleet tracking systems.

• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
