Finishing Supervisor

The ideal candidate must bring hands-on expertise in denim garment finishing and must be ready to take charge of ensuring production quality, safety, and efficiency within the finishing department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise all day-to-day activities within the denim finishing department

• Ensure all finishing operations are conducted in compliance with established quality assurance and safety protocols

• Interpret technical specifications and wash recipes to guide the finishing process

• Lead, train, and support team members to maintain uniformity and high-quality standards across batches

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., cutting, sewing, washing) to streamline processes and troubleshoot workflow issues

• Track and manage the inventory of finishing materials and coordinate timely procurement with the purchasing department

• Enforce compliance with environmental, health, and chemical safety regulations during the finishing process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in denim garment finishing

• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity

• Strong understanding of finishing techniques, machinery, safety practices, and production processes

• Ability to interpret wash recipes, production specs, and manage finishing team output

• Excellent organizational and team coordination abilities
