Financial Reporting Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Cost Centres & Profit Centres.
• Review SAP and Excel-based financial & management reports.
• Identify reporting discrepancies, incorrect classifications, and reconciliation issues.
• Support month-end closing, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Review inventory, fixed assets, production, consumption, and expense accounting.
• Coordinate with site finance teams and ERP/IT for accounting and reporting requirements.
• Conduct site visits and identify process/control gaps.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain proper accounting documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in Textile, FMCG, or Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GL Accounting, Financial Reporting, Reconciliations, Manufacturing Accounting & Inventory Costing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to operating/manufacturing sites.
