Financial Analyst

Description:

We're looking to work with a freelance financial analyst/ finance professional (on project/freelance basis) to assist with business valuations, financial models, and investment analysis. The work will involve building integrated 3-statement models, applying valuation methods (DCF, trading comps, and cost-based approaches), analyzing unit economics, and preparing financial inputs for business plans and investor materials. Projects will span across early-stage startups, niche service businesses, and tech-enabled ventures.

This is a freelance subcontracting role with flexible hours and remote collaboration. It’s best suited for someone with a strong grasp of accounting and finance fundamentals, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and an interest in valuation, strategy, and startup ecosystems. It's a good opportunity to build real-world experience, sharpen your modeling skills, and work alongside a management consultant on live deals and client deliverables.
