Finance Manager

We are hiring Finance Manager at J7 Emporium Islamabad

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Compliance
· Supervise preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local laws.
· Ensure accurate accounting of real estate transactions: project costs, installments, advances from customers, retention, and revenue recognition.
· Oversee compliance with tax laws, corporate laws, and real estate regulatory authorities.
· Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
· Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports to management.

Financial Planning & Analysis
· Assist in preparation of financial projections, feasibility studies, and investment appraisals for new real estate projects.
· Assist in conducting detailed cost-benefit and ROI analysis of projects (land acquisition, construction, marketing, sales).
· Assist in developing and monitoring KPIs for project profitability and overall business performance.
· Monitor collections from customers, payment schedules, and escrow accounts where applicable.
· Prepare cash flow forecasts to ensure smooth execution of construction and development activities.

Skills & Competencies:
· Strong knowledge of real estate finance, project accounting, and construction cost management.
· Proficiency in IFRS, taxation, and compliance requirements.
· Advanced skills in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
· Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with stakeholders (banks, investors, regulators).
· Leadership skills to manage finance team and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience:
· CA (finalist) / ACCA /MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
· 3 to 5 years of experience in finance/accounting including article ship.
Experience in real estate sector will be preferred.
· Proven track record in financial accounting, auditing and financial reporting.
· Experience in liaising with banks for project loans/financing will be an added advantage.
