Topline is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join its team. This is a key leadership position, ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in financial management, investment accounting, and an in-depth understanding of capital markets. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective management of investment portfolios.

The ideal candidate must have a robust background in financial institutions such as Mudarabah companies, brokerage houses, or other entities regulated by stock exchanges. A strategic thinker with a meticulous eye for detail, the Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial statements, regulatory reporting, audits, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support the company’s financial goals.

Key areas of responsibility include analyzing and interpreting financial data, developing financial reports, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other accounting standards, and using financial software tools to streamline accounting operations. Experience with platforms such as CDC, UIN, and JS Connect is crucial for the role. The position demands someone who can work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and provide leadership in financial planning and analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Professional certification preferred: ACCA / CA / ICMA / MBA (Finance).

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant industry experience.

• Mandatory experience in Mudarabah companies, brokerage firms, financial institutions, or stock exchange-regulated entities.

• Strong proficiency in investment accounting and financial reporting within a regulated financial environment.

Skills & Competencies:

• Deep knowledge of accounting standards, financial compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

• Familiarity with key financial platforms such as CDC, UIN, and JS Connect.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
