Finance Manager

LEOS Developments, a globally expanding real estate development firm with iconic projects across the UAE, UK, and beyond, is hiring a Finance Manager for its Islamabad office. As we scale our operations internationally, we are building a world-class finance team in Pakistan to support our strategic growth initiatives.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
🔹 Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
🔹 Establish and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems
🔹 Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits
🔹 Perform financial modeling and support feasibility studies for real estate projects
🔹 Manage accounts payable/receivable, cash flows, and bank reconciliations
🔹 Ensure compliance with IFRS, taxation, and local regulatory standards
🔹 Produce MIS reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for executive leadership
🔹 Support ERP implementation and automation initiatives (Dynamics 365 preferred)

🎓 Qualifications:

✅ CA (Fully or Partly Qualified – ICAP Member or Finalist) or ACCA (Completed)
✅ Completed Articleship (Big 4 experience preferred)
✅ 3–5 years of post-articles industry experience (real estate or project-based environment preferred)
✅ Sound knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and tax compliance
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
