Finance Executive

Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience in finance and a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. This role requires excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Perform financial analysis and generate forecasts
• Manage accounts payable and treasury matters
• Assist in fixed assets preparation including acquisition, disposal and
• activities
• Conduct physical inventory audits and reconcile findings with accounting
• records
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial
• regulations
• Support the finance team in conducting internal audits and resolving
• discrepancies
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
• Prepare and process payroll

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Preferably for additional certifications Part qualified ICMA/CA/ACCA Finalist
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role
• Sound knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrate active management skills with ability to build and maintain
• effective relationship
• Proactive mindset to prioritize tasks, pressure handling and ability to meet
