Field Marketing Specialist

Description:

Bluebird Paints is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Specialist to lead on-ground brand activation and customer engagement through impactful BTL (Below-The-Line) activities. The role focuses on creating brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and building relationships with retailers to enhance market presence. The specialist will play a pivotal role in executing field marketing campaigns and directly interacting with potential customers in malls, kiosks, and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute BTL campaigns such as mall activations, kiosk activities, and event promotions.
2. Design interactive activities to capture customer attention and convey the brand's value proposition.
3. Identify and build long-term relationships with potential retailers in target markets.
4. Drive customer traffic to identified dealers and ensure consistent brand visibility at retailer locations.
5. Conduct live demonstrations, sampling, or promotional activities to promote brand awareness.
6. Create measurable and creative field marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales goals.
8. Collect insights from on-ground activities to understand customer preferences, challenges, and competition.
9. Provide actionable feedback to the marketing and product teams for strategy improvement.
10. Act as the brand ambassador during field activities, maintaining professionalism and consistent messaging.
11. Manage and distribute branded marketing materials for enhanced campaign visibility.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years in field marketing, BTL activities, or brand activations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging customers and retailers.
  • Creativity in planning and executing field campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with event planning and logistics.
• Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site during field activities.
  • A strong network within retail and mall activation spaces is a plus.
