Professional’s World is urgently hiring Female Sales Representatives to join our US Campaign team based in Johar Town, Lahore. This role offers an exciting opportunity for energetic and customer-focused individuals to represent our brand and services in a high-paced call center environment.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential US clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product or service solutions. Your strong communication skills and ability to handle customer interactions professionally will be key to driving sales success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to US-based customers as per the campaign requirements.

• Understand client requirements and provide accurate product or service information.

• Build rapport with clients to encourage trust and facilitate sales conversion.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

• Document call details and client information accurately in the CRM system.

• Handle customer objections and queries with patience and professionalism.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales strategies and outcomes.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a US call center environment.

• Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation and fluency.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work effectively during night shift hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
