*👗 About the Role*
Haseens is looking for a *creative + trend-driven Fashion Designer* to join our Lahore team 🚀

You’ll be designing seasonal collections, developing new product concepts, researching fashion trends, and collaborating with production teams to bring designs from concept → completion ✏️👚

*📌 Key Responsibilities:*
- 👗 Design seasonal + capsule collections aligned with Haseens brand identity
- 🔍 Conduct trend, fabric, color + market research
- 🎨 Develop design concepts, sketches, mood boards + tech specs
- 🤝 Work closely with textile, merchandising + production teams
- 🧵 Select fabrics, embellishments, trims + color palettes
- ✅ Review samples + give feedback for quality + design accuracy
- 📊 Monitor competitor brands + emerging fashion trends
- 📸 Support photoshoots, campaign planning + collection launches
- 🎯 Ensure collections meet commercial + customer expectations

*✅ Requirements:*
- 🎓 Bachelor’s in Fashion Design or related field
- ⏱️ 2+ years experience in women’s fashion design
- 👘 Strong understanding of Eastern wear, luxury prêt, festive + contemporary fashion
- 💻 Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar design software
- ✏️ Excellent sketching, creativity + trend forecasting skills
- 👀 Strong attention to detail + product development knowledge
- ⚡ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment
