Factory Supervisor

Description:

BioTech Packages Pvt. Ltd., a rapidly growing company in the printing and packaging industry, is looking to hire a Factory Supervisor with a specialization in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines. This role is best suited for professionals with hands-on experience managing production workflows and factory floor operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day factory operations, ensuring optimal performance of machines and equipment, and leading the production staff to achieve operational targets. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership qualities, technical competence, and a proactive mindset toward maintenance and efficiency improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a factory setting.

• Educational background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Strong command of production and maintenance operations.

• Capable of floor supervision, team coordination, and troubleshooting machinery issues.

• Ability to enforce factory SOPs and maintain operational discipline.
